Can I use TimeMagic for freelance billing?
Yes. TimeMagic is purpose-built for T&M (time and material) billing. Set your hourly rate on any commercial project and TimeMagic automatically calculates your earnings as you log time. You can generate a report for any period, choose which tasks to include or exclude, and share it with a public link your client can view without creating an account. Salary projects with business calendar support are also available for fixed-income tracking.
Does TimeMagic work with Telegram?
Yes. You can start from the login page or directly in Telegram. If you do not have an account yet, TimeMagic creates one from your Telegram profile and Bot Leopold sends a personal sign-in link. After that, you can log time, start and stop timers, set goals, chat with the assistant, and receive configurable daily, weekly, and monthly time summaries in Telegram.

TimeMagic offers a free plan that includes core time tracking, projects, tasks, activities, habits, goals, and reports. Bot Leopold is available on the free plan with up to 20 messages per day (1,000 per month). A subscription unlocks up to 500 messages per day (5,000 per month) and higher-frequency AI goal analysis. Paid access is available as a one-time $36 PayPal payment for one year or a $10 monthly Patreon subscription.
